mixed feelings about this stay
numerous bites
i wanted to love this hotel, but it had some letdowns. the al-a-carte restaurants were impossible to book. we were also bitten badly during an outdoor event hosted on the grass. i still have about ten bites around my knees.

I found the food to be amazing!!! there was so much choice at every meal. i especially liked the waffles for breakfast at laguna restaurant. i also found the english tea to be perfect. It was piping hot too.
i felt there were not enough toilets around the pool. this was a negative point for me. it got very busy . it was half term week and getting a sunbed required an early start.

The resort grounds were immaculate, and the lawns stretched beautifully. I especially liked the guest relations service through WhatsApp. They responded quickly.
The noise was too much. Loud music blasted at the main pool and echoed onto the beach. It ruined any chance for a quiet swim, and I really didn't like it.

The room was spacious with great views. the dining options were diverse, including delicious dishes, i liked the mediterranean vegetables! the pools were well-kept. I enjoyed the relaxing spa with a traditional turkish bath. the entertainment and activities were engaging. I especially enjoyed the archery and darts, though sometimes the equipment was a bit worn.
it was difficult to change the number of guests or reduce the days without complications. i wish the communication had been more helpful.
